Upon the buyer's failure to comply with what we agreed upon and they wanted me to submit to their terms, I cancelled the sale of my property. I informed my lessor that I wanted to cancel the contract we signed two weeks ago but she refused to refund my deposit AND instead, will charge me for the October rent. Worried that she might not return the 9 remaining checks I issued under her name, I accepted her offer to give me leeway for another week before returning her keys.Posted on October 7, 2003 11:28 PM TrackBack
