Meralco Net Refund Still Unclaimed

My daughter claimed our Meralco Net Refund today but she just brought home a piece of paper that says:
Your check will be available after twelve (12) to fifteen (15) working days. Should you wish to verify if your check is ready for pick-up, you may call us at the following tel. nos. 6328714; 6328491; or 8099928.
Please look for MS. SARAH AVEGAIL MENDOZA.
Meralco pays cash for net refunds below PHP4,000.00 and, although I didn't like to wait for another two weeks, as usual, Meralco is unfair for holding our money that long.
They took my latest Meralco bill and furious because I always file my bills, I registered myself with Meralco website to keep track of my record. To register, you will be required to submit your Meralco details.
