Surprised Visit

Mr. Sy, together with his Architect, arrived home this morning. He was supposed to visit by Sunday, but, nevertheless, he showed keen interest in buying my property and would like to know how much it will cost him in case of renovation...
My best friend told me that Mr. Sy was bothering her for a more lower price but I insisted on following my asking price and will not go lower than that. Although he showed so much interest, my concern is who will pay me good price for our property.

Let me know you were here, your thoughts are welcome!Don't go low. This guy is a professional at getting folks to sell below market value so he can make more. Kind of what we refer to as a "used car salesman" here in the states. You know what you want for your property, so get it and don't back down.
