Back here in the Philippines, the Joint Committee finished canvassing the COC yesterday evening, the slowest ever in Philippine History:
As expected, the incumbent lady president won against FPJ (in spite of massive fraud protests) in the preliminary canvass, and whether the true mandate of the majority of the Filipino people was not honored, I pray that those guilty ones be punished by their own conscience...
How this nation will unite under the leadership of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, a nation with serious unemployment and overpopulation problems?
The Joint Committee should publish in all tabloids the regional and provincial results of their canvass, so the people may know which places PGMA got support...

Let me know you were here, your thoughts are welcome!I'm honestly disappointed but I am just a simple mother of three and cannot do anything with the current situation except to voice out my feelings and disappointments. The oppositions are outnumbered by pro-administration and they, themselves, got no support with the supreme court (most members were appointed by the lady president).
Anyway, I appreciate your help, Randy.

I've seen a few things where they might actually hold this thing up. I heard there has been a lot of unrest in Manila. I hope you are safe. Anyway, I'm watching the Manila times to seee which way this goes. We can only hope.
