The Collapsed SAI Bldg

A 5-year old 8th storey SIA Bldg. at the corner of Padre Rada and Juna Luna Streets in Tondo, Manila collapsed:
This SAi Bldg was constructed 5 years ago, based on TV news reports. Residents and office employees were advised to vacate the building after loud thud were heard twice, early Friday morning.
The SAI building started leaning Friday afternoon.
There were no casualties nor injuries reported...
except major inconvenience to motorists who were trapped in a big traffic jam around the vicinity.
