When I called Samsung Service Center at 7227777 last Monday morning, they immediately scheduled us this afternoon after giving them the details of Samsung 21" TV Hitron Silver, Model CT-211SZ, Serial Nos. 393N700367.

They sent Ed, technician of Chronicles Electronics, Samsung's authorized service center. According to Ed, normal complaints of users of the above product was its sound system.

So far, my TV is working well now and it's under warranty for 3 months. The labor charge was Php505.00 only.

my complaint the sound on my tv im not satisfied because always full sound is not function it. and tv color sometines change to blanck and white. there are 2 tv already same problem. thanks, tonyjin
