::Cooked Food Is Poison

Saturday, August 28, 2004

In the middle of my chips trading on BlogShares, someone interrupted me on Yahoo! messenger with this message, "Cooked food is poison." Puzzled, I didn't send any replies but he sent the same message for the second time. So, here is the continuation of our chat history:

lady_laila (5:22:36 PM): is that all what you can say? just to let me know cooked food is poisonous?
helocosmos (5:22:51 PM): yes dear
helocosmos (5:23:04 PM): IT IS
lady_laila (5:23:45 PM): look, i am a mother of three and i know what i am doing... i am busy and please do not teach me something you believe is good...
helocosmos (5:24:03 PM): visit www.living-foods.com & you will get the answer

lady_laila (5:36:08 PM): Judge? So what?
lady_laila (5:36:52 PM): I have a neighbor who was a vegetarian all her life, but, she died too...
helocosmos (5:37:47 PM): I have been empowered by the Govt to give death penalty.I am50.I ca'nt be insensible
lady_laila (5:38:30 PM): Law is different from food... but, what you are doing is sending someone a message that food is poison...
helocosmos (5:38:35 PM): I am talking about uncooked food, not vegetarian
lady_laila (5:38:51 PM): what do you want me to do? not cook our food?
lady_laila (5:39:15 PM): i said be sensible because what's the purpose of your statement, 'food is poison'?
helocosmos (5:40:51 PM): If you visit www.living-foods.com, www.gardenofhealth.com, www.rawlife.com , you will get all the answers
lady_laila (5:41:03 PM): and?
helocosmos (5:41:14 PM): I AM talking sense
helocosmos (5:41:39 PM): I am NOT a fool
helocosmos (5:42:29 PM): I ate cooked food for4 46 years & then left it completely
lady_laila (5:42:55 PM): Look, Mr. Judge, i appreciate your warning... but, if the purpose of what you're telling me is not to cook our food, and we'll get sick from bacteria, will you shoulder the expense?
helocosmos (5:43:39 PM): YES
lady_laila (5:44:24 PM): thanks but no thanks... just wish someday when you die, God will make you an angel and guide those people who are still alive not to eat cooked food...

lady_laila (5:50:02 PM): i want to live a normal life, otherwise, i should live in the mountains, and stay away from normal people who cook their food

lady_laila (5:52:52 PM): maybe when i am old enough to correct many things...
helocosmos (5:53:08 PM): as you please
helocosmos (5:54:01 PM): I will be happy if you will remember in your old age what I said today
lady_laila (5:54:15 PM): yes sure...
helocosmos (5:54:23 PM): OK
helocosmos (5:54:37 PM): God bless you
lady_laila (5:54:49 PM): Thanks, you too.
helocosmos (5:54:58 PM): Bye

So, that's my chat history. I barely chatted online but the said judge intrigued me with his first sentence, "Cooked food Is Poison." I couldn't imagine myself eating raw foods like meat and fish. We knew somebody who was a vegetarian all her life. She was very particular with the food she's eating but then, she died at an early age. The reason of her death was, she had a car accident (may her soul rests in peace). If the purpose of not eating cooked food is to stay healthy and live longer, I don't think I will be totally safe eating raw food as well. Anyway, for the sake of remembering things, I have posted this conversation.

I hope the judge is happy now.

cooked food is poison why would you try to rid you'r body of wrinkles and aging when you could do that on a raw diet. Has anyone here even tried the diet? You can't pass an opinion unless you have had cooked and raw foods for significant amounts of time

Posted by: jon on April 12, 2006 02:28 PM

Cooked food IS poison. I've been trying to go raw since the middle of July. I have been eating predominantly raw and COMPLETELY raw for the last 6 days. Until today. I had a bowl of Special K with real milk 2 1/2 hours ago and I feel like HELL. I never want to eat cooked food again. This is hell. I can't even get my school work done. All I can do is type in the computer -- "I hate cooked food" and "Cooked food is poison!" UGHHHH!!!!

Well, don't give up...you'll never know the answer if you don't ask...Look for the address of her blog in my links.

I'm not aware if Morgaine is still playing... I guess she slows down on BlogShares even Jay extended her premium membership...

Posted by: Laila* on September 1, 2004 09:30 PM

You two are BS players, maybe you could make her a proposal? Who knows...you could try your luck...I am a very nosy person hey? Hope she doesn't get upset...

Posted by: Afonso on September 1, 2004 09:26 PM

Very expensive. And the normal price is even higher: USD $149
That would turn blogging into a very expensive hobby isn't it?
You should have read my blog...Morgaine read it and was still able to get a free copy for her. That she doesn't use...maybe she would be willing to transfer her license to you? Don't know if that's possible, or if she would be willing to do that...It's kind of sad to have such a nice software in the hands and not use it. Oh well...It's like having a Rolls Royce stationed at the door and don't make use of it.

Posted by: Afonso on September 1, 2004 09:23 PM

That's expensive, Afonso.... I shall wait until they will give me give-away promo :-)

Posted by: Laila* on September 1, 2004 07:56 PM

Personally, but this is just my opinion, I would advise you to wait for another special promotion. Bookmark their site, check often...

Posted by: Afonso on September 1, 2004 06:37 PM

They're offering what they call a "competite upgrade" to everyone running a site for the past 6 months, which is your case, but it costs USD $99!
That's a $50 discount...but still a bit expensive in my opinion. Take a look here: http://www.pmachine.com/

I googled last night Expression Engine and I found out it is a blog editor but needs to purchase a copy.

Are they still accepting switchers?

Posted by: Laila* on September 1, 2004 04:35 PM

"Hey, where is the link of Expression engine?"

In the footer of the blog. Close to the W3C validation links...I thought you had read my other entries :(

When MT changed their price structure Expression Engine opened a contest. The first 1000 bloggers to answer their challenge to make the switch from MT to EE would win a free copy. Do you mean that all this time you never noticed I am not using MT anymore? The powered link was always there in both this blog and the previous one...

I never ever suspected I was chatting with a bot. How could a robot contacted me?

The Judge's username was there, if you wish, you can pretend to be a woman so that he will chat with you... if he said the same thing, by then we will know it's a bot.

Posted by: Laila* on August 31, 2004 10:00 PM

For the bot thing you are right - I am not sure if it was anything like this, there are just very suspicious answers within your conversation.
The next time try something completely different, like posting a question about another topic (personal maybe) or even better illogical statements. If he says ok or cites his ad-text you'll know..
+ sorry 'bout the double post before

Posted by: clemens gruenberger on August 31, 2004 09:52 PM

Yup, you're on of the blogshare chip gods (godesses), but I think you know.

Posted by: Clemens Gruenberger on August 31, 2004 09:36 PM

How come a scripted bot would chat with me like that? I remember sometime this year to have downloaded a program but I couldn't find it since I bought a new PC.

Anyway, thank you for dropping by, Clemens. Did you find my link from BlogShares?

Posted by: Laila* on August 31, 2004 09:13 PM

Wow, your discussion was good - except that you may have talked to some kind of automated ad-agent. Have a look for yourself, he is not answering any of your comments with reference of what you really said.
Oh, right, if certain keywords show up, he'll says something all time will fit: ie.:
"vegetarian": "I am talking about uncooked food, not vegetarian" which makes sense in whatever kind of phrase you used "vegetarian", the same with when you used "scaring" he said "It is not scaring. It is educative, my dear".
Besides these rare "seemingly" real answers, he is only talking nonsense (the agent does not recognise any flag words in your posting) and says things like: "ok", "forget what I said" or some advertising phrase when he sees a question mark: "If you visit www.living-foods.com, www.gardenofhealth.com, www.rawlife.com , you will get all the answers"

It somehow reminds me of ELIZA, the first Computer program (1965) By MIT Scientist Joseph Weizenbaum, that carries on a dialogue in English on any topic. (http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/ELIZA)

I cite:" It was so convincing, however, that there are many anecdotes about people becoming very emotionally caught up in dealing with ELIZA. All this was due to people's tendency to attach to words meanings which the computer never put there. "

As for me, being a woman, why should I dream of living a longer life and living alone, old and ugly... let's not worry about what we are eating. When it's our time to die, we shall die, anyway.

Hey, where is the link of Expression engine?

Posted by: Laila* on August 31, 2004 04:56 PM

Hi Laila! What a weird chat...hehe

If it all depended of healthy food we all would live a longer life. ;)

Answering your comment. I am using Expression engine, which makes it easy to create sub-categories without the need of plugins, etc..

Posted by: Afonso on August 31, 2004 02:44 PM

I know it was a bit odd and until now, I have not visited the site... I'm stubborn, you know :D

Posted by: Laila* on August 30, 2004 03:46 PM

Well that was pretty strange. Well I hope he lives to a grand old age. I will continue to cook my food.
