Which screen captures you're talking about?
I used Creative PC Cam 750, a digital webcam, to capture my images while I have a LifeView TV Tuner (video card and software) installed in my PC.
To capture news video footage, you have to connect a CATV to your PC, run the program, press PRINT SCREEN (to capture). Then, open any graphic softwares like PSD or PaintShopPro, to paste the image. Cut the selected image, paste it as new image, reedit, then save.
