Vernabela posted a message about my Simbang Gabi (Dawn Mass) entry and in my willingness to share Wow Philippines website to her, I found out that today, we have this event:

9TH PHILIPPINE INTL. HOT-AIR BALLOON FIESTA (2005)
Omni Aviation Complex, Clark Field, Pampanga

Be there when it happens!

YES! Some 30 flying superstars known as hot-air balloons are making their grand performance to treat thousands of people to a three-day air-sporting extravaganza filled only with fun, excitement and friendly competition.

You have to be there early in the morning at 5:30 a.m. from Friday to Sunday to catch the flying dirigibles get pumped up with hot-air amidst cool morning breeze to soar to a height never before imagined! And if you're too lazy to get up in the morning, visit the playground at Omni to catch some equally exciting events: airplane rally and balloon bursting, sky diving, ultra-light fly-by, aerobatic stunts and maneuvers, radio-controlled demo flying by the aero-modelers and choreographed kite-flying exhibition. There will be more! Mini-trade fair, food plaza, live concerts, special events for kids and adults alike.

The project is brought to you by the Hot Air Balloon Club of the Philippines, Clark Development Corporation, 600th Air Base Wing, Air Transportation Office, Department of Tourism and the local government of Angeles City. Event presentor is United Parcel Service (UPS) as official transporter of balloons.

Interestingly enough, you were the first person to have classified my blog when it got added to the BlogShares database over a year ago. I only found out about this game last week. :)

It's no problem. I blog almost on a daily basis, but none of my blog friends (Or LJ friends, for that matter.), blog as much as I do. Despite that, I still like a few of your entries here and there, and your layout is light years better than my humble Blogspot layout which I never changed due to sentimental reasons...

Of course, considering how miserable I am with stocks and all, I honestly am at a loss with how to play blogshares, albeit I find it very entertaining.

I also noticed you play Neopets. I haven't touched my account in almost a year, but I know I had a lot of resources in that game... I'll check it in a few minutes. :)
