For the record, I sent PLDT Customer Support this message last night:

I wonder why my connection is slower than dialup the whole day today? May I know what is going on? Your Hotline 172375 was too busy to accomodate calls.

I didn't like to think we, subscribers, were denied with 24/7 Technical Support...

I hope they will try to contact you and make sure you have the complete details of your PLDT DSL account so that they can check their server.

I have a problem with my DSL connection, it has a in and out connection always, reason that my costumers would walkout that affects my busin

I hope u help me PLDT DSL as soon as possible coz its REALY AFFECTING MY BUSINESS!
