In celebration of my forthcoming birthday in June, we will be offering Ten (10) Premium Memberships upgrade FREE to both old and new BlogShares players as I'm nearly at Quadrillion networth. To qualify, all you have to do is review A Journey Through Life or Retired Warrant Officer blog: Blog about us and your impressions how we're doing as top BlogShares players and please submit your entry on or before June 6, 2005.
In the event more than ten players have submitted their entries, the best 10 entries will get premium membership and the rest will receive B$1T plus 5000 chips as consolation bonus.

I've been to your site way back, but it's totally changed! I like the new motif.
Trying to keep it tidy, I wanted to post here for my interest in the Premium membership AND about your daughter getting a job.
1) She is in a unique position. Trying to get through the schooling for engineering can be really disheartening because you don't get much practical experience. One of my favorite jobs when I was a BME in ugrad was working at McDonalds and then as a graphic designer (neither really having much to do with engineering). I actually improved my grades.
2) Trial basis? Maybe she could get a job on a trail basis. This may not whether you CAN support her or not, but whether she feels she can make it on her own. Maybe talk over it with her. Your request for her not to work may be something she resents later (though I doubt it).
