A 5-page Petition for Declaration of Nullity of Marriage pursuant to Art. 35 (4) in relation to Article 41 of the Family code, has been filed today at 3:00 p.m. by my counsel.

EX wants me to stop pursuing this case but I have to do this once and for all. I just hope the two EX will cooperate by acknowledging the summons so that the case will move on.
