Case II and III: Raffled Off

Atty. R informed me thru SMS that Case II, Declaration of Nullity of Marriage Pursuant to Art. 3 (2) in relation to Art. 4 of the Family Code, has been assigned to RTC Branch *** presided by Hon. RLP and Case III, Petition for Correction of Entry in the Certificate of Live Birth, RTC Branch ***, presided by Hon. TV.
All I have to do is wait until Case II Summon will be signed and served. I still have to pick up copies of my Petition for the above cases.

Let me know you were here, your thoughts are welcome!God knows I prefer to do things on my own but there are things I cannot complete without affecting the people involved with the contracts I'd like consider null and void.
I want to believe I can do this, no matter how those men will react over the said cases.

That is great news. Just settle down and take it as it comes. No need to get worked up as you did nothing wrong. Just keep you faith and let it progress. Do what the attorney's tell you to do.
