Case II: Summon

Pacette obtained new copy of my birth record from NSO this morning with yellow security paper (secpa) but, unfortunately, the copy she received didn't have the notation of corrected entry I made in 2003. As advised by my counsel, I instructed her to go back to NSO Legal Office and advised Pacette that they will release the annotated copy on the 23rd of this month. They denied receiving the Finality copy mailed to their office three years ago. This upsets me that human errors could ruin my documents someday.
Pacette submitted the copy of my original birth certificate with green secpa this afternoon as requested by my counsel for Case III. She also picked up the two petitions for Case II and III , along with the REPLY from Abdulelah's counsel. As expected, the EX fabricated lies but, he failed to make me angry. In fact, I feel sorry for him. Maybe EX can lie to all but, not in his heart and conscience! Actually, he doesn't need to submit a reply and leave things as they happened but, court will not tolerate collusion between respondent and petitioner so I remained quiet about it. My counsel advised me not to communicate with the respondent.
Service of Summon for Case II had been received in Montalban and their sheriff will serve it either today or tomorrow

I want to complain where have you been all these years and just now we noticed each other but, I know, this is the right time for us... to start anew...

Just keep your faith in God. Everything will work out. Things are at least moving along and I have faith things will work out. If your Ex wants to be dishonest with the court let him. When he gets caught in his lies, he will then have his own troubles with the court. I have faith and look forward to my visit in April.
