butterfly Let me know you were here, your thoughts are welcome!

and Randy, the president has long been in the international news even before the silly opposition have started their delaying tactics (not really doing what their job description demands of them) in this government's regime. the oppostion still thinks it's the '70s and that they have to be locked up or be dragged to prison cells to be called politicians. politicians are supposed to be like any other day job in terms of having tasks to be done.

gma-7 has been winning its journalism awards in new york so it isn't a surprise that its influence on another medium there is tight. such noisy minorities who have no sense of responsibilities are rabid journalists who will do anything to get gold medals in the name of sensational journalism. i still watch its news program and I am shocked on a daily basis how its newsroom people manipulate the nitty-gritties of their show from editing to the script. it's so sensational and one-sided. walang prinoprotektahan but their interests, walang kasinungalingan but exaggerated truths, walang kinakampihan but themselves. and to have the slogan, "huling sandigan ng katotohan" is so arrogant. the government isn't supposed to be the enemy of a democratic country. for over 2 decades, gma-7 and abs-cbn 2 have been arrogantly parading themselves as the new governments of the Philippines from charity projects to emergency help. they're earning millions and we didn't even vote for them.

While RP envoy refutes this New York Times editorial, US Ambassador to the Philippines, Kristie Kenney, commented that "New York Times is a private news media and like all news media, we appreciate their opportunity to speak freely," according to inq7.net's Nation News.

May God bless the Philippines!

Wow, looks like she is getting international attention now. I guess we will need to keep an eye on it and see where it goes.
