As I logged in this morning, Randy told me that he was banned in Tribal Wars - World 13 for having duplicate account named chris3141.

Here's the copy of the two messages from the Tribal Wars Team:

Account banned

The forum is not the right place to discuss a ban, please don't start a complaint topic. If you do want to appeal the ban, please use the support system. The account will only be unbanned if you open an appeal. If a punishment has been offered it is advised to just accept the punishment or the restart if it is offered as it is very unlikely that it will be changed. In those cases please only appeal if you have very good reasons. Please do read the rules again before appealing. We do not accept the excuse that the rules weren't know!

Reason for your ban: Each player is allowed only one account per game world (except account sitting). Sharing your password with another player is forbidden http://www.tribalwars.net/rules.php (§1) Accounts: Retiredwarrant + chris3141

Punishment: points will be deducted to 2,071
» Accept punishment
» Raise appeal (Only successful and therefore necessary in exceptional cases)

Your account can be attacked while this ban lasts.

Here is Randy's first reply:

I have no idea who this Chris guy is but I have only one account in worlds 8, 10, 12, and 13. I have been very cooperative with the staff even letting you know when I go to my fiancee's home in the Philippines to let you know that I am playing from another IP address.

I am shocked to even be accused of having a second account and would like this resolved quickly before I lose any of the hard work I have put into this world thus far.

Randy messaged me: "This is very shocking to me as you know I don't do duplicate accounts and I have put a lot of work into that world. I hope they correct the problem."

Impatient for not receiving any reply, Randy sent this:

Any word yet, I am losing time, could you please check my IP and you will tell I have not been using a duplicate account. If this is not resolved ASAP I will quit all the worlds and you will lose all my paid accounts and the accounts I am paying for others. Your choice. I have never been accused of cheating and I am getting quite angry now.

I was worried Randy will stop us from playing if Tribal Wars Team failed to reply to him when he logs in back to the game in the morning. Anyway, everything was fine as he logged in to his world 13 account, he sent me this message that he was unbanned and can access now to his account:

Thanks for explaining about this. Our system flagged you as being on the same IP and password for some reason but it seems this is not the case.

You have been unbanned.

This ban inconvenienced both of us because Randy has to do his smithy and academy so he can noble a village next to my village in K54. I told him my tribe, GEN-X, is a very active one and tribemates watch everyone's welfare. I wish to invite him to join us but, I have to wait until he's ready to move to my location.
