32 kbps out of 2 mbpsSunday, July 30, 2006Our phone line is dead for almost a week now and DSL is very unstable! Besides, it looks like my ISP, PLDT myDSL, will never be true when it comes to providing me the service I subscribed for, currently, bandwidth speed should be up to 2 mbps, but, I was getting only this one: ![]() Many PLDT myDSL subscribers had probably been cheated of their true bandwidth speed. My plan is currently at myDSL XCEL, with a promised of up to 2 mbps, and I was billed monthly for Php 2,545.00 for this kind of service. However, I was provided way below the dialup bandwidth speed. If PLDT will only charge us based on our actual bandwidth figures, I would probably be paying less than Php 500 a month! Below this result was (as of 8:31 am 30 July 2006): "Your IP Address Is : 58.69.7.XXX. You may download up to 4.08 Kilobytes per Second from PLDT Play." Who wants this kind of bandwidth speed these days? Anyone?

EndoSlimSaturday, July 22, 2006Randy and I watched Twister and Hard to Kill, instead of playing in Blogshares. I have seen both movies before but, it's nice to watch anything with Randy, anyway... As soon as Steven Seagal's movie ended, Randy went to bed, so I can meet my sister, Ate Neth, at Slimmer's World. Pearl and I arrived on time but, as usual, Ate Neth arrived after an hour. There was heavy downpour of rain and she was just opposite the building where we are. Ate Neth was looking for a certain Jenny who had been patiently inviting her to try Slimmer's World new body modification programs. It took her this month to give it a try but, Jenny wasn't around so Emily Cruz, a figure consultant, accomodated us and explained what programs suited us. My sister and Emily were discussing about the programs while I was just listening. Emily quoted me the ideal program that suits me for three months, a 6-10 lbs loss a month or money back guaranteed! She quoted over 50k and I find it too much so I asked to reduce the program good for one month only and I will just upgrade if I liked its effect. Tha plan she made for me are: After I deposited 2k, Pearl and I bought something to wear for the gym. Emily gave us free trial of endo slim this evening, which cost about Php 1800 for an hour of treatment. I tried it at 7:30 pm while Pearl and Ate Neth used the gym. At home, I browsed for endo slim and Slimmer's World website online but, I guess, they don't have it published. I told Randy about this program and he thinks it's a good idea...

AnxietyFriday, July 21, 2006I woke up weak and tired. Mama woke me up with her text message and before I can reply to her, Papa called up. I told him everything went smoothly although I didn't know yet the result of my X-RAY and FBS/CBC tests, which I will pick up at 1 pm today. Then, I chatted with Randy. He wants me to relax and take everything easy. He watched America's Got Talent but, I was busy preparing to go to the QCGH OPD. I left the house at 12:30 pm but didn't shut down all my running programs. At the hospital, I dropped my card at the counter so they can get my records while Pearl went to the Pathology and X-RAY Lab to get the reports. Pearl handed me the result while Joel was looking for my records. I didn't know whether I should thank God or not, because both results were normal! When Joel got my records, I went to Room 17. All doctors were eating their lunch and then, they left for the usual Friday conference. That time, I didn't know yet whether FBS/CBC result was okay. I was then accomodated at past 3 pm. The doctor who read the results told me both results were normal and asked me to go to ENT - HNS instead at Room 12, just beside the OPHTHA clinic. The ENT doctor checked both of my ears. He's surprised that my ears were clean because he said it's not healthy to clean our ears everyday. It should be done twice a week. I told him the dizziness experience I had when I want to move sideways while sleeping. Next thing we tried was I sitted on a bed with my legs straight. He fixed my head at 45 degrees to the right and asked me to lay down fast with my head hanging in the air. He pointed the flash light on my eyes. There was no pain nor dizziness. We repeated the same, with my head at 45 degrees to the left. He didn't find anything wrong. Next thing, he asked me to walk forward in a straight line with my other foot forward behind the other one, with my eyes closed. After hitting the wall, he told me to stop. The result? I'm normal and didn't have problems when it comes to balancing control! Knowing from my record that I underwent series of tests, he told me dizziness could be symptoms of many disorders, just like ANXIETY. "ANXIETY?" I asked with surprise. "You mean, nervous breakdown?" He nodded. He asked me if I had been worrying lately before going to bed or if there is something bothering me that might trigger the dizziness I experienced when I laid my head on the pillows. Anyway, he advised me to continue taking Betahistine Serc 16 mg (tablet) for the next three days and I will see him again on Tuesday morning. Randy was still online waiting for me. I had been updating him what's going on with me through chikka messages. It was already past one in the morning on his side, I rushed home to send him to bed. He wanted to make sure I will be home before he logged out. He was surprised, too, upon hearing what might have caused my dizziness. He assured me that he loves me and I shouldn't worry about anything at all. He will be there for me, no matter what happens. For five days, I had several tests, and the results were all normal. Whether I had anxiety or not, I'd like to thank God that I passed all medical tests.

CBC and Ophtha TestsThursday, July 20, 2006I was up as early as six o'clock in the morning when Pacette texted me that she's on the way to the hospital. She has to get a number for me so I could have my eyes diagnosed at ophthalmology clinic. They only accomodate ten patients a day. Pearl and I arrived at the QCGH OPD before 8:00 a.m. and Pacette met us at the entrance. When my name was called, I got the (1) number (thanks to "Kalbo") and we requested my records from Room 17. Then, we proceeded to Room 11, Ophtha Clinic. When I was called and being asked what's my problem, I mentioned how I feel dizzy and that I was also scheduled for Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) / Complete Blood Count (CBC). That time, it was past 9 in the morning. I was told that Pathology Clinic closes at 10 a.m., so, I was then allowed to have my blood sample taken first. The nurse who took my blood sample made it smoothly that I didn't feel any pain when she gave me the injection. She asked me to get the result tomorrow between 9 am to 3 pm. We paid Php 158.00 only for FBS/CBC test earlier as there's no SWA representative yet to give us the discount. We hurriedly went back to Ophtha Clinic and I had my eyes diagnosed. Since only one doctor was busy attending to all patients, we were told to wait again outside. Everytime there's an in-patient senior citizen on a wheel chair entering the clinic, they were accomodated first before those who were holding their respective numbers. We decided to have breakfast at the hospital's canteen. I had Pancit Malabon and coffee just to eat something and take my medication. We probably spent about 30 minutes there and when we're done, we went back to Room 11. The same faces were there waiting to be called. I have heard three in-patients who had eye surgeries were the ones accomodated first. Somehow, I feel like leaving the hospital and just come back some other day but, I had thought that it's better to wait though, after all, it's a public hospital and treatment is free. When my name was called, it sounded like a bell to me. Finally, Dr. Nemesio S. Artaiz Jr told me the results of SC and PH tests. He said I have clear vision and my problem is medical. I got OD 20/25 - 1 (SC) 20 / 20 (PH), OS 20/25 - 2 (SC) 20/20 (PH) and JOU + 1. On our way home, I bought seedless Water Melon and Papaya. Pacette went to NSO and we're back home. Randy was online waiting for me. We watched America's Got Talent, Law and Order, and NBC News - San Diego. He's happy that I stayed away from playing online games. My situation is unstable. I had chest pains occassionally and Randy believes that I should avoid getting mad nor excited. He stopped me from eating unhealthy foods so I am back to fruits and oatmeal. When we recited the rosary this evening, we prayed that the result of my X-Ray and CBC tests aren't that serious...

Chest X-RayWednesday, July 19, 2006Pacette called up in the morning to tell me to get ready. I hurriedly logged online to inform Randy that I will do my X-Ray and have my blood sugar be tested. When Pacette arrived, Pearl and I hurriedly went downstairs. We went to Quezon City General Hospital OPD. Papa assisted us and instructed Pacette to get me Out-Patient Information Sheet and Patient's Card. When my name was called, I explained what has happened with me. The nurse took my BP (110/80) and pulse rate (80). Then, Papa showed me where I could have my blood sugar test. Normal blood sugar count is 100 but, mine was 111. They advised me to watch the food I will be eating since my father is diabetic. I was then called by a young doctor, who gave me Serc (16 mg. tablet) prescription, to be taken 3 times a day for 5 days, for drowsiness. He also gave me X-Ray, CBC, and Ophtha requests. Papa then accompanied me to the X-Ray room and I had my Chest X-Ray taken, result will be released on Friday while Optha clinic was closed. I should be early tomorrow to be accomodated since they only accept 10 patients a day. Besides, fasting is necessary after 12 midnight tonight for my CBC test tomorrow morning. As we arrived home, I was grasping my breathe. I had severe headache and been dizzy since I left the house. Randy was waiting for me online. I left all programs running so I can chat with him as soon as I arrived home. I told him how I was accomodated by the hospital staffs warmly unlike the ones from Capitol Medical Center. He excitedly told me that since I left, until I came back, Blogshares site had been under maintenance and backed up the same time I arrived. I jokingly told him I didn't have a hand on it... At times like this, Randy and I realized that life will have no meaning if one of us won't be there around... we have waited all these years to find each other. And, am hopeful, the result of chest x-ray on Friday will be negative for fluids in my lungs. Whether I lacked oxygen or not, the series of test will determine what's my possible illness... and, guess what? I snoore couple of times last night!

Case III: Signed my AffidavitTuesday, July 18, 2006I was still half awake when I received a text message from my lawyer. She wants me to sign the affidavit for Case III at 2 p.m. this afternoon. Randy was chatting with me when I received it. As I was selling to him the regular blogs we usually traded in BlogShares, I sent my lawyer a reply that I can make it at 3 p.m. instead. I mentioned I was a bit weak due to what happened last night. I left with Pearl at 2:30 pm, when Randy logged out and went to bed. I signed the affidavit, paid the lawyer her fee, and we did some shopping at Cherry Foodarama, on our way home. Everything seemed normal until Randy went back online tonight. We recited the rosary together and I promised I will go to bed as soon as I bought back all the shares he sold before he logged out for work. Ate Neth just called and advised me to have my blood sugar checked tomorrow. If Pacette, my younger sister, will drop by, I might give it a try. They're worried something bad might happen with me if I ignored what has happened last night. Anyway, I will have PRE-TRIAL HEARING on Monday for Case III and TRIAL HEARING on Thursday for Case I. Wish the interrogation isn't that stressful...

Unknown IllnessI woke up past 10 a.m. this morning and I feel better than yesterday. We arrived home this morning at 2 am from Capitol Medical Center. They wanted me to have Lung X-Ray because the attending physician suspected that I have fluid in my lungs. I refused to sit on the wheel chair and told them that I want to go home instead. I was attended in the Emergency Room at 9:30 p.m. last night. They took my BP (139/90), pulse rate, and my temperature. I had ECG test which was normal but they couldn't find the illness associated to my complaint: Yesterday afternoon, at home, right after I chatted with Randy, whenever I laid my head on my pillow to sleep, I felt like drowning and the attacks happened frequently. Alarmed that I have high blood, my mother who rushed to our place, convinced me to go to the hospital. She was there when I vomitted three times. Randy was online but, I couldn't even chat nor pray with him that he has to recite the rosary by himself while I can barely follow the rosary. I had been half conscious, so weak and had terrible headache, chest pain, and I couldn't speak well. Kids and my mother were so worried that they called a cab without my will. I dressed up only when Randy begged me to go. Pearl was the one who chatted with him because I cannot take the light coming from the monitor. I was in bed voice chatting with Randy but I can hardly complete a sentence without grasping my breath. Randy knew I was sick since the other night because I logged out early without waiting for him to come online. I had to recite the rosary silently two nights ago before going to bed because I had sore throat. I also complained of sore throat yesterday morning until he logged out. But, I still managed to cook our dinner and I even ate with the kids last night. Then, I felt tired and wanted to get some nap, at least before Randy comes online but, the moment I laid my head on my pillow, I felt strange, as if I was losing control of my consciousness, the pain originated from the back of my neck, as if I was drowning. I had to hold my daughter's arm or the headboard to keep my consciousness. Whatever illness was it, it was some kind of attack mother feared, it could be high blood, similar to what has happened with my aunt, who passed away 9 days ago after the first attack. Anyway, at Capitol Medical Center Emergency Room, some patients were also admitted with similar complaints, just like mine! They put me in bed but on a sitting position. I had taken in Betahistine Serc 16 mg (tablet) and had Plasil (Ampule) Metoclopramide injection. After the ECG, I was told that I will be under observation for about an hour then the doctor will review the result of my ECG. I slept then. I was so weak and tired but, I didn't know why. The doctor finally showed up at past 1 a.m. I asked her what's the problem but she couldn't tell me yet until I will have Lung X-Ray. She sound sarcastic that I didn't want to stay any minute longer. When I asked her what's the result of my ECG, she said it was normal but she said, she believed I had oxygen shortage and she must see if I have fluid in my lungs. Knowing it was late and I want my daughter and mother to go to sleep, I told the attending physician that I want to go home and sleep. They want me to sign a waiver so I can go home but, I refused. Then the doctor came back and insisted that I sign a waiver before they will let me go home. Then, I raised my voice and told her, I went there to know my illness, if she said she cannot prescribe any medication because my illness remained unknown, then there is no way I will sign a waiver. I paid the hospital fees, and yet no medication to make me feel better, what's the waiver for? We left the hospital without signing the waiver and I was so hungry we bought some food from Jollibee. I had macaroni soup while kids had cheese burger. When I rested my head on my pillow, I felt drowning again but, I fixed my head in one position to avoid losing consciousness. I wore the rosary then closed my eyes and prayed to God to extend my life. Randy didn't wake me up this morning so I rested long enough to get some energy back.

Charity UpdateSaturday, July 15, 2006Randy and I were discussing about our future and how we will handle our finances when he told me that Save The Children was billing him US$ 32.00 a month since February this year. That's US$ 4.00 higher than what he's paying since October 2004! To date, Save The Children received the total amount of US$ 640.00: Blogshares player, Anders Ohlsson, highest bidder in our eBay Charity auction paid the amount of US$204.62 on November 06, 2004 via Pay Pal to Randy for winning eBay Item number: 5931505136 (B$ 5,082,587,364,374.20, 50,158 chips, 4,500,000 Ideas)! Randy paid from his pocket US$ 435.38 to this date, and will continue to support our sponsored child, Sarah Alea, until she reaches 18 years old. Save The Children - Philippines Field Office knew the donations were from the generous contributions of Blogshares players, and we want to keep it that way. To those who do not know yet, we met our sponsored child on April 21 and 22 this year. Contrary to the false accusations posted by db a.k.a PnP under BSEC thread on July 09, 2006, 11:42:23 pm, PnP a.k.a Alvino won our B$ 15 T eBay auction in the amount of US$ 802.56 for which the blogshares dollars transfered into his account had been used in the game well and pushed himself up to the top richest players' list. To know the history of what we have done in the past auctions, please visit Charity and Online Auction links in this blog. Randy sponsored many blogshares players to get premium memberships and had been donating big amount every time there's calamities but that's between us and God. If ever someday Randy and I will hit a lottery, we have this big dream of supporting a foundation for abandoned women and children. We're just waiting for it to happen one of these days...

JJLHS Get-togetherFriday, July 14, 2006This blog had been an obsession of one (or two) hostile players in Blogshares posting nasty and offensive comments. Comments section had been turned off and on so my regular blog visitors may be able to access and leave comments and been set off while I was offline. Necessary actions like IP Deny and blocking had been made but this said player, known as PnP, was mean enough to use anonymouse in order to cloak his IP and be able to leave three offensive comments to different entries. I find this man emotionally sick and urge my pious readers to please help me pray for him and may he will be back to normal state. Meanwhile, I was invited by my JJLHS school mates and we met at Oyster Boy at Greenhills Shopping Center at around 7 pm. Pearl and Paul Denise accompanied me but they stayed in another table. They even won PhP 1400 from an electronic Bingo machine in a nearby shop after they had their dinner. ![]() One of my high school mates had a promotion and we're happy to celebrate the achievements he recently received. Sharing past and new experiences made time flies so quickly that if not because of my children's presence, I wouldn't noticed it was almost midnight. Also, Randy and I failed to recite the rosary but we had been exchanging chikka messages that I was still with my school mates having dinner. We all had fun even though five among invited didn't show up due to family commitments. Oooopppsssss! Sorry to Judge Malou for forgetting to record your QTV interview.

Typhoon FloritaThursday, July 13, 2006Randy and I barely played in the shares market because we're busy in the new BlogShares Chances game. When Blogshares do a DB maintenance, we both watched America's Got Talent and Law and Order using Yahoo webcam. He logged out at 2:30 pm Manila time. In spite of stormy weather that suspended all classes today, my eldest sister, AT, left this afternoon to Hong Kong. Couple of times we had power fluctuations and interrrupted cable tv signals due to bad weather so I gave up using my PC. Typhoon Florita claimed 11 lives and caused millions of property damages. Evening news reported that Baguio and La Union are under State of Calamity while Metro Manila is under water. ![]() My son and I took advantage of the bad weather to sing our hearts out but, I was interrupted by a phone call from Abdulelah's best friend, Fahad, around 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Nasser tried to give me the contact number of Aboundanji late in the afternoon yesterday, who according to my brother, was then waiting for my call. Aboundaji was the one who introduced his lawyer, Atty. L, to the EX. However, I refused to take down the number. I told my brother I have no business to discuss anything with the friends of the EX. The EX was worried but, I told Fahad there's nothing to worry about the case at all. It's just a mere annulment and not falsification. Besides, I just want to correct my documents with National Statistics Office (NSO). Afterall, it's been 10 years now since I parted with the EX. He has his own love life now and I deserve to move on as well. I warned that neither me nor my lawyer is asking for money and if his lawyer said so, don't give any amount. Twice Fahad called because the line wasn't clear. Back to typhoon Florita, classes resume tomorrow in Metro Manila, Regions 3 and 4. Regions 1, 2, and CAR remained suspended.

Trip To Seoul KoreaTuesday, July 11, 2006Lily c/o Level Up called yesterday afternoon while I was preparing to go to the dentist. She's looking for my son, Junjun, but he was in school that time. She told me that my son qualifies and might represent ROSE - Philippines to Seoul, Korea for a massive Gravity event! Webzen and Gravity are two of the leading online gaming companies in Asia. Anyway, still surprised, I gave her the full name of my son, his birthdate, complete address, and his passport number. I was so happy that high cost of electric bills lately might paid off. We are still awaiting for the confirmation today. Lily told me my son will have free ticket to Seoul Korea, free food, and lodging. My son just started playing the game this year when he arrived from his employment contract in Saudi Arabia. If ever he will represent Polaris server, he will leave on August 11 and will come back on August 14. Good luck, Junjun!

Well-planned?Monday, July 10, 2006Pearl and I went to see her dentist so her stitches be removed. We arrived there on time but, daughter and the dentist took some time debating whether her stitches be removed or not. After educating her about the possible consequences, she decided to let him remove the stiches. After the dentist, we went to L & S Body Salon just opposite the building, when my brother, Nasser, called up. Straight to the point, he said the EX wants to know whether my counsel had asked for money, based on report by the respondent's counsel. Surprised, I told him I will return the call after I talk with my lawyer. Even my lawyer was shocked when I asked her whether it's true or not. Then as the conversation went further, she realized it must had been well-planned. She was setup to meet each other at 10 a.m. at Starbucks but the respondent's lawyer arrived at past 11 a.m. Could it be possible that the meeting was planned by the other lawyer so he can meet my lawyer and told the EX later that we are asking for money? Convinced with my lawyer's explanation, I called again Nasser. I told him to tell the EX not to give money to his lawyer because my counsel never ask a single cent. Whatever is the motive of the other lawyer, I find him dishonest about his transactions with the EX. And I had thought, what a combination, a lying EX and a lying lawyer! I was just furious though because the Saturday conference cost me half of my lawyer's appearance fee. Some lawyers are charging per hour and others, per appearance. Well-planned or not, only time will tell... every action has its karmic result!

2006 Family ReunionSunday, July 09, 2006This year is the most memorable day for all of us! Even though Papa, my brother's wives and sister's husbands failed to join us, it turned out to be a very remarkable one. We spent most of the day preparing the food while others sang their favorite songs. Two of my sisters brought their grandchildren too. Three of my siblings failed to make it, Bhoie, Egay and Beh, but later in the evening, Bhoie was able to join after his off from work. As soon as Ate Neth and Mama arrived, we immediately serve the lunch while Randy was watching us. Webcam was on and he's also invited. My family members chatted with him. Kids had been videoke singing and I couldn't hear Randy's voice sometimes. When Randy went to bed, I invited everyone to join us to hear the 5 o'clock mass. I want to thank God for the blessings and He allowed us to have the reunion in spite of a cloudy gray sky. Smaller kids stayed home with their mothers and off we hurriedly went to Our Lady of Hope Parish. Twenty-four butts fitted in two vehicles. At Our Lady of Hope, the Church was full but we found some seats in the mezzanine. It's been a very long time ago when we last heard the mass altogether. Two of my brothers and two of my sisters are working abroad and they are all on vacation here in Manila except Beh who is working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Today is the 14th Sunday in Ordinary Time. The first reading was Ezekiel 2:2-5, the second reading was from 2 Corinthians 12:7-10 and the Gospel was from Mark 6:1-6. I didn't get the name of the priest because we arrived 15 minutes late. ![]() After the mass, we walked from the Parish until to SM North EDSA Annex Bldg. We treated the kids to a bowling so they could have more time bonding while my siblings and I, along with our mother, had a meeting. Nasser almost destroyed the good atmosphere we're enjoying when he raised past issues which should no longer be discussed. I forgot to take photos of our meeting because we had been serious with our discussions. Our parent's welfare was the highlight of our meeting. ![]() Everybody wants to go home because it was past 9 in the evening. After series of poses and instructions with the kids, we finally had one shot to remind us about this unforgettable event. If ever there will be another time like this again, we might spend it in a resort or rent a private place with swimming pool.

Good bye, Eufrocina CuntapaySaturday, July 08, 2006My Aunt and cousin of my mother, Eufrocina Cuntapay, passed away yesterday due to High Blood. Everything happened so fast that the first attack killed her after few hours. Her remain was cremated this afternoon but, I was unable to attend due to tight schedule preparing the house for tomorrow's 2006 Family Reunion. I hope my Auntie Prucing will forgive me for that. When daughter heard that her favorite Nanay Prucing passed away, she wanted us to go but if I will go, nothing will be done for tomorow's family get-together. ![]() Auntie Prucing, may you rest in peace!

Counsel To Counsel? My counsel has been invited by Abdulelah's counsel and they met at Starbucks, Araneta Center this morning. Atty. L told my counsel that he will cross-examine me only when it is necessary, and that will be on the 27th of this month. The reason why they contested the Petition was because the EX has fears that I might file a Falsification case against him.

Artefacts HolidayFriday, July 07, 2006I called up my counsel when I received a text message from her. She informed me that she received an invitation from my EX's counsel to clarify something. Also, she asked me whether I want to hear what the other counsel wants to say but, we had thought it could probably be a trap and maybe someone would take video from afar and will use it against us. With my permission, I agreed that she can meet the respondent's lawyer tomorrow to hear what the EX wants to say. I forgot to ask whether she will charge me for that coffee meeting. Meanwhile, in BlogShares game, my founded {NSI} corporation declares ARTEFACTS HOLIDAY due to recent attacks received from different hostile players, until further notice. {NSI} members can RETALIATE and may use all their artefacts without restrictions prior to BlogShares Rules Sub-Section C - Artefact Usage. Just because we're playing neatly, others find an opportunity to harass our held shares in top blogs and test our patience. I play to relax my mind, not to find enemies. Some players out there were having fun hurting other players' investment and harassing them away from playing the game. I couldn't imagine a gaming community wherein only top richest players are somewhat monopolizing to play the top blogs. Strategies? No, I called it greed. Artefacts holiday is appropriate for agrieved members of {NSI}.

Welcome Back, JudyThursday, July 06, 2006Finally, Randy's daughter, Judy, arrived from Maryland this evening. He's been busy preparing for his daughter's arrival for couple of days now by cleaning her room and lifting things out to the garage. He has to stop playing in Blogshares to pick up her daughter, who took another flight via Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Anyway, welcome back, Judy!

Soft DietWednesday, July 05, 2006Seeing my daughter with a swollen jaw due to last Monday's Odontectomy treatment crushed my heart into pieces. She's on a soft diet as soon as we arrived from the clinic. She can barely open her mouth that she has to use teaspoon instead of the usual tablespoon. She complained of numbness on her right lower molar teeth area. Thankfully, Randy had the same treatment when he's same age of daughter and he knew exactly what daughter had been experiencing. Her medication kept her sleeping most of the time. Guess the 2 hours oral surgery made her so tired and weak. She's not allowed to drink directly from the bottle that will require suction, especially using a straw. She's also upset that she couldn't smoke as it will cause dryness on her affected gum with stitches. Everytime she had her soft diet, she has to use warm salt-water mouthwash as directed by Dr. Ferrer. Her next schedule will be next Monday, to remove her stitches.

First Oral SurgeryMonday, July 03, 2006Randy and I were having fun playing in BlogShares and made some yummy B$ profits but, I logged out early at past 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon to accompany my daughter to St. Luke's Medical Center. At Dr. Joel Ferrer's Dental Clinic, N-617 CHBC, Pearl had the X-ray before she had the oral surgery at 2:30 in the afternoon. We brought the digital camera with us so we can take video coverage of her surgery but they won't let me come closer to her due to sterile environment. Couple of times I saw anaesthesia was injected, I know it hurts but, daughter's impacted wisdom tooth has to be removed as her right jaw was swollen for the past two weeks. At 4:18 p.m., I received a Chikka message from Randy asking me how are things going. Surgery was over then and Pearl had the briefing about post surgical home care. She was in terrible pain as anaesthesia's wearing out. Instead of replying back through a text message, I called him at 4:25 p.m. via overseas call and told him what has happened. Sweety Pearl couldn't take the pain anymore and hurriedly left the clinic while I paid Php 10,350 only for Odontectomy plus X-ray. I was planning to go to the grocery after dropping Pearl home but, plan was changed because Randy wanted to make sure Pearl arrived home safely. She didn't wait for me anymore and I went home alone. I passed by in Mercury Drug and bought new ice bag and some Gatorade for her. She will be on a soft diet for 3-5 days. When I arrived home, daughter locked up herself in the room. I filled the ice bag with ice cubes and gave it to her. Earlier, on my way home, I was furious she left me alone in the clinic but Randy explained to me how painful daughter was feeling. So, scolding her won't help her feel better. Then, I chatted with Randy online and asked him to sleep. It was late on his side but he wanted to know whether Pearl was fine... he stopped me from going for shopping as the 24 hour period is critical for Pearl and I must be on her side all the time. The first oral surgery is just the beginning of the many more dental treatment daughter will undergo. Thank you very much, Randy, for being there for us...

Superman ReturnsSunday, July 02, 2006Tomorrow will be Pearl's oral surgery schedule so we decided to relax this Sunday. Randy went to bed so I can prepare to go to the church but, I had fallen asleep while waiting for the kids to get ready. Daughter woke me up 10 minutes to five and I jumped out of bed. We arrived late again in Our Lady of Hope Parish. We seated in the mezzanine where humidity was higher but, that's where there's available seat for me and the kids. Rev. Fr. Gilbert Ilagan said the mass. Today was the 13th Sunday in Ordinary Time. The first reading was from Wisdom 1:13-15, 2:23-24. The second reading was from 2 Corinthians 8:7, 9, 13-15. And the Gospel was Mark 5:21-43. This is the second week I didn't receive the communion. After the church, we had a big dinner at Shakey's Pizza. Kids had fun joking about me and we really had a good time. Then we watched the movie, Superman Returns. The movie had been in the middle portion of the story when we entered inside the cinema. The scene was that the plane had been controlled by some kind of a missile attached above the plane. The sound effects were good but, 3D glasses were not available, similar to the ones in Asia Mall. Randy told me that Superman Returns was anti-American based on their local news but, I didn't see any scenes that will support it other than Superman was in the news all over the world, helping people in different places almost at the same time! When the movie has ended, we decided to go home instead of watching it again from the beginning. Junjun and Tintin left earlier because they received an urgent call from Tintin's brother who was beaten up by some nasty boys. Hopefully, watching the movie helps daughter forget for a while about her toothache problems. I was worried too about her oral surgery but, she has to do it once and for all.

Pacquiao VS LariosCongratulations to Manny Pacquiao (42-3-2) for retaining his WBC international super featherweight title by unanimous decision this afternoon against Mexican Oscar "Chololo" Larios (56-5-1) at the Araneta Coliseum. The country's favorite boxer had been US$1,000,000.00 richer today but, I feel left out because he wasn't my relative.. :-) Manny, favorite na rin kita!

So UnfairSaturday, July 01, 2006When Randy started playing in Blogshares Shares Market two months ago, I was encouraged to do the same. Of all areas in BlogShares other than the Forum, I avoided trading shares of top blogs ever since I had an argument with Randy on March 1st, 2004. That's more than two years ago... he hostile takeover shares I held in Persian blog and caused me so much loses. I accused him of dirty game play and in return, he gifted me some cheap shares from different blogs to cover up my loses. That's how we met. We became friends then until we turned best of friends! The »-(¯*NEAT Strategies, Inc*¯)-», the fantasy corporation I founded on the 29th of May 2006 had been the target of controversies. When James T. , an Int'l Strategist of my {NSI} Corporation, mistakenly hostile take over a blog caused by slump artefact by others, I got couple of messages from a top richest player. When Randy saved the shares of flickr currently held by DJ SWA by hostile takeover, my portfolio had been attacked causing me loses in billions of B$ investments. I warned the said player but in return, I got the last (no first, second, nor third) warning through a PM by an admin without passing a due process. Then, here comes Amadeus and Sara Bear both questioning me for the individual strategy of Streetdogg, another Int'l Strategist of {NSI} corporation I founded. And tonight, after selling Flicker shares and passed it on to Randy through a PP artefact, we found out that the yinengjing shares I passed on to Randy had been badly slumped and PRD by DJ SWA before RST. Too late to find out that Randy PRD Blog di Beppe Grillo which shares were held by DJ SWA. What's unfair there? The shares of Comics: Somethingpositive blog I held had been PRD 7 times by DJ SWA! I had heated discussion with Randy. This is the second time that he did something without telling me first and what's surprising, I had been attacked by several players due to the individual actions of my corporate members. Why me? Maybe because I am still currently at rank 8th in the BlogShares Composite Leaderboard! Anyway, here is my July 01, 2006 portfolio:
I am playing to release some stress. I find it so unfair when some players played nasty and caused misunderstandings between me and Randy... then, there had been quiet times between us, and, so I blogged...
