Randy purchased his round trip ticket to Manila to visit me on June 15th.

It has been 8 months since the last time he visited me. Financial crisis hit his household and he's being taxed more now as a single man after he got his divorce in 2006, in spite of the fact that he's supporting two families.

Both Randy and I are getting older and the court cases wasted too much of our precious years.

Since the beginning of this year, I had difficulty posting new entries due to cPanel issues.

So, after 4 months of failure to post new blog entries, I requested PlogHost to move my files to a new server, MT 4.25 and PHP ready.

Both Randy and I will be back blogging actively once my webhosting provider is done moving my files to a new server.

The hearing started exactly at 8:30 o'clock in the morning. Our case is number 7th in the court calendar.

Respondent was given the opportunity to present his evidence. However, despite said opportunity he failed to do so. Hence, the case is now deemed submitted for decision.

When we left the court room, Atty. Rabago gave me the copy of Formal Offer of Evidence she submitted on March 10th. I paid my counsel her last lawyer's fee plus payment for two (2) Transcript.

We have 90 days to wait for the Court's Decision. Countdown begins...

I received this message from Vera at 10:59 pm this evening:

Namatay na tatay ko. Cremate na namin ngayon.

Gerardo Reyes Sr. (Tatay), Vera's father, died this afternoon due to heart failure. My sincerest sympathy and condolence to all Vera's family.

Tatay, you will be in our prayers. May you'll rest in peace.
